- Exchange companies or clubs
- Third-party websites or services linked through the Platform
TempusX is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

4. Verification and Document Handling
If you choose to submit documents for optional verification or ancillary services:
- Documents are reviewed solely for the limited, user-requested purpose
- Access to documents is restricted to authorized personnel or service providers
- Submission does not constitute legal advice, certification, or a guarantee
- Documents are not sold, published, or made publicly visible
Retention of such documents is limited to operational, legal, compliance, and dispute-resolution needs, after which they may be securely deleted or anonymized.

TempusX does not sell personal information.

Limited information may be shared between Owners and Travelers to facilitate communication and potential transactions, such as:
- Listing details
- Messages exchanged through the Platform
Users are responsible for how they use information received from other users.
5.2 With Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party vendors that provide services on our behalf, including:
- Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
- Analytics and performance monitoring services
- Email and communication platforms
- Identity or document review support providers
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect information and use it solely for authorized purposes.
5.3 Legal, Compliance and Protection
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process

6. Payments and Financial Information
TempusX does not collect or process payments between Owners and Travelers.
If you purchase subscriptions, listing fees, featured placements, or ancillary services:
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors
- TempusX does not store full credit card or bank account information
- Payment processors’ privacy practices are governed by their own policies
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide Platform services
- Maintain accounts and listings
- Fulfill optional verification or subscription obligations
- Comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements
- Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
Information may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when no longer required.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
