All users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and verification.

Contract verification is mandatory for all owner listings.
TempusX reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false information, attempt fraud, or misuse the system.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including reporting and paying any taxes owed on income or rentals.

Terms for Travelers
Visitors (no account): You may browse listings using only basic filters (location, dates, resort). You cannot save favorites or contact owners.
Basic (free with registration): Registered travelers may use advanced filters (bedrooms, bathrooms, occupancy, price range, verified listings) and save listings to favorites. They still cannot contact owners.
Paid Accounts: Travelers must pay $9.99/month and complete identity verification to contact owners.
Travelers are solely responsible for negotiating rental terms directly with owners. TempusX is not a party to rental agreements.
Travelers must carefully review contract details, verify ownership, and ensure accuracy before entering into agreements.
Travelers agree not to misuse the messaging system (e.g., spam, harassment, fraudulent inquiries).
Travelers must comply with all property rules set by owners and their resorts/HOAs.
Terms for Owners
Owners must complete identity verification before publishing a listing.
Owners are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful listing information, including:
Resort name.
Availability dates (fixed/floating weeks or points).
Pricing and minimum stay requirements.
Amenities, restrictions, and HOA/resort rules.
A contract verification fee of $49.99 per contract is required. If the resort charges an additional verification fee, that cost is the responsibility of the owner.
Owners are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with resort, HOA, and property rules regarding rentals.
Owners must collect rental payments directly from travelers; TempusX does not process payments.
Owners are responsible for complying with local, state, federal, and international tax laws regarding rental income.
Owners must respond to traveler inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Owners may not misrepresent their property, pricing, or availability.
TempusX reserves the right to remove any listing that is fraudulent, misleading, or violates platform rules.

Taxes & Rules: You're responsible for following resort/HOA rules and paying any taxes owed.
Conduct: You must respond to inquiries honestly and promptly. Misrepresentation can get your listing removed.
Disputes
Owners and travelers should resolve disputes directly.
TempusX may help mediate, but it's non-binding and TempusX is not responsible for outcomes.
